Our First Step
As our first step in providing low-cost land to our customers and helping them cultivate crops that are suitable to the climate, we have identified 100 acres in the Theni District of Tamilnadu. The land has red soil which is ideal for Coconut, Mango or Teak cultivation. Adjacent to the Malayala Manorama Plantations owned by the Malayala Manorama Group (which is cultivating similar crops), the land is barren at present. The land has adequate water availability and is accessible by road.
